30-day money-back guarantee
Adaa Jarso, trading as Digital Asset Insights, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at advisory@digitalassetintelligence.com with your order details and we will help arrange the refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and the Paddle refund policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
