Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 June 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, research, publications, templates, events, and software services (the "Service") provided by Adaa Jarso, an individual sole trader trading as Digital Asset Insights ("DAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. The Service
DAI provides regulatory intelligence, research, templates, event programming, and advisory tooling for digital asset compliance professionals. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved through its use.
4. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or otherwise misuse communication channels;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of DAI or any third party;
- scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure;
- upload or transmit malware or any other malicious code;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All software, content, research, publications, templates, branding, and documentation that form part of the Service are owned by DAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of the plan you have purchased.
7. Payment, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Billing, taxes, payment methods, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms and our own Refund Policy.
8. No professional advice
The Service provides general regulatory intelligence and educational material. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice before acting on any information from the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay sums due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to access the Service ends and we may delete associated data subject to applicable law.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and DAI disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to DAI in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adaa Jarso is ordinarily resident, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, save where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
